Drone World
I have picked up a new toy to lean to operate…a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone. I am slowly learning to operate it, I would say
fly it but it pretty much fly’s itself. The
controls are very stable making the flying simple even for a newbie. The camera has a 1/2” sensor, the lens has equivalent
focal length of: 24 mm, Aperture: f/2.8.
The aperture on this camera is nonadjustable, ISO and the
shutter speeds can be adjusted as you are flying. I do have a set of neutral density filter for
it that I can use to control the lighting.
So there is room for improvement on my pictures.
I will also be making videos with it and posting on my
YouTube Channel “AndyP’s Travels”. I
have a link to the YouTube Channel on the top right of this blog or a google
search will find it.
The pictures below confirm that I spend this past winter in Libby Montana. It was a great experience I could not get out and ride my bicycle but overall it was a great winter. The indoor bike trainer got a good workout and now it is time to get back out and climb some real hill not the simulated one on the trainer.
