Wood River Bike Trail Sun Valley Idaho

The Wood River Bike Trail is about 30 miles of paved paths along the Wood River in the Sun Valley area.  The section I rode started in Bellevue ID and followed the river to Ketchum ID.  The round trip for this section is about 40 miles.  You ride some of it close to the highway but the majority of it is along forested areas with views of the Sawtooth Mountains. 
The vehicle traffic in the area is bike friendly when you come to a crossing even on main street the motorist would stop and allow you to cross.  A great trail to ride with breath taking scenery along the way.  With a couple of added sections I made my first 50 mile ride on this trail a major step toward my goal of the 100 mile ride...
